Unknown Server Name

Symptom:

Determining the server name.

Solution:

Do any one of the following to determine your server name:

• Use the hostname command.
• Enter echo $DISPLAY at a command prompt. If the result is servername:0.0, your servername is the portion that precedes the colon.
• Consult the guide for your operating system.
