CA SOI Software Requirements

CA SOI requires the following software present before you install CA SOI:

• CA EEM r8.4.217, r8.4.402, r8.4.404, r8.4.415, r8.4.4xx, or r12. CA EEM r8.4.415 is packaged on the CA SOI installation media.

  Note: CA SOI does not support CA EEM r12 when using Active Directory forests.

• JRE 1.7.0_11, which is Installed with the UI Server; 1.6.0_24, which is the default minimum for the Operations Console

  Note: To avoid performance issues, if the connector server you monitor receives more than 100,000 CIs daily, enable the 64-bit IFW. For more information, see the Connector Guide.
