User Interface Considerations

Any changes that you make to the following settings on the SA Manager are automatically saved to the shared disk. The shared disk is at the following location and occurs on all cluster nodes:

• EEM Configuration (eem-config.xml at SOI_HOME\SamUI\webapps\sam)
• Email Configuration (email-config.xml at SOI_HOME\tomcat\custom)
• Help Desk Configuration (svcdesk-config.xml at SOI_HOME\tomcat\custom)
• CA Process Automation Server Configuration (itpam-config.xml at SOI_HOME\tomcat\custom)
• USM Web View Server Configuration (usm_web_view_cfg.xml at SOI_HOME\tomcat\custom)
• Mobile Dashboard Server Configuration (mobile_ui_srvr_cfg.xml at SOI_HOME\tomcat\custom)
• Escalation action retry setting (action_retry_cfg.xml at SOI_HOME\tomcat\custom)

• EEM Configuration (eem-config.xml at SOI_HOME\SamUI\webapps\sam)
• Email Configuration (email-config.xml at SOI_HOME\SamUI\custom)
• JNLP Configuration (custom-jnlp-config.xml at SOI_HOME\SamUI\custom)
