If you enabled any of the supported synchronization use cases in CA SOI r3.1, re-enable the use cases after upgrading all components, including connectors. All synchronization is disabled by default after upgrade, no matter the previous setting.
Run the synchronization priming utility after re-enabling the use cases if you want to synchronize any updates that occurred during the upgrade.
