Create the soi_admin User

You create the soi_admin user in ServiceNow.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to ServiceNow as an administrator.
2. Navigate to User Administration, Users.
3. Click New and complete the following fields:
   • UserID: soi_admin
   • Password: Enter a valid password.
   • Active: Select the check box.
   • Time zone: GMT
4. Click Submit.
