Assign SOAP Roles to soi_admin

Now add several roles to soi_admin.

Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to User Administration, Users.
2. Locate and click the soi_admin user.
3. In the Roles panel, click Edit.
4. Add the following roles:
   • admin
   • soap, which imports the following roles:
     • soap_create
     • soap_delete
     • soap_ecc
     • soap_query
     • soap_script
     • soap_update                            
   • soap_query_update, which imports the following roles:
     • soap_query
     • soap_update                                           
5. Click Save.
