Back Up a Full Installation

If you intend to restore a full CA SOI implementation to the original installed configuration, back up the following directories:

The SOI_HOME directory and all subdirectories on all hosts where CA SOI components are installed. This preserves all configuration and customization changes for CA SOI and all maintenance applied post installation.
The EI_HOME directory and all subdirectories on all hosts where CA Event Integration components are installed. This preserves all configuration and customization changes for CA Event Integration and all maintenance applied post installation.
