When you install CA SOI components on a 64-bit operating system, they automatically install as 64-bit applications configured to use a 64-bit JRE. Any deployment type can take advantage of the performance benefits gained by installing with a 64-bit JRE as long as you install on 64-bit operating systems. The following components install as 64-bit applications on 64-bit operating systems:
Note: Because some connectors do not work with a 64-bit IFW, the IFW does not install as a 64-bit application by default. However, you can change the IFW to 64-bit mode.
