Configure Agenda in ServiceNow

Agenda objects associate module invocations (including the launch of a process) with date and time conditions. Agendas are required to schedule polling process. MonitorChangesAgenda uses the MonitorChangesCalender object to get the date and time condition.

The default repeat interval is 4.

This section describes how to activate the MonitorChangesAgenda object in ServiceNow.

To change the repeat interval and activate the agenda in CA Process Automation 3.1 perform the following tasks:

  1. Open MonitorChangesAgenda at /CA Help Desk Integration/ServiceNow.
  2. Click Check Out.
  3. Double-click the task /ServiceNow/CheckAndRetrieveChanges"@localnode and change the Repeat Interval value as required. Save it and click Check In.
  4. Click Activate.

To change the repeat interval and activate the agenda in CA Process Automation 4.x perform the following tasks:

  1. Open MonitorChangesAgenda at /ServiceNow/ServiceNow.
  2. Click Check Out.
  3. Change the Repeat Interval value as required. Save it and click Check In.
  4. Click Activate.
