The Service Provider Tenant

A service provider provides services to other entities. In a multi-tenancy implementation, the service provider is the primary tenant (owner) and manages other tenants.

The service provider tenant can perform any of the following tasks:

• Set CA SDM options
• Set Knowledge Management options
• Set Support Automation options
• Create tables or columns
• Create, edit, or delete tenants
• Allow tenants to have subtenants
• Update public data
