Notify Users

When your mobile services (including forms) work as expected, inform users so that they can install and run the mobile app.

Follow these steps:

1. Provide the following information to users:
   • The URL for obtaining the mobile application, for example, from the iTunes App Store and the Google Play Store
   • Any special instructions for installing and running the mobile application
   • The URL for running the mobile application

     Use the same URL as for running CA Service Catalog from a tablet, laptop, or desktop.

   • The role-based functions that they can perform when they access CA Service Catalog from their mobile devices
2. Tell users that they use the same login credentials for both browser access and mobile access.
3. Instruct first-time users to log in to CA Service Catalog from a browser on a tablet, laptop, or desktop and change their passwords before they use a mobile device to log in to the product.
