Delete an Account

Deleting an account is typically a required task as you maintain accounts in your business unit over time.

To delete an account

  1. Review the effects of deleting an account and verify that you want to delete it.
  2. Verify whether you must perform final billing for the account. If Yes, do the following:
    1. Close the account.
    2. Run the final invoicing for the account.
  3. Select Administration, Business Units from the main menu.

    The Business Units page appears.

  4. Expand the business unit tree to find the business unit that contains the account you want to delete.
  5. View the account profile and click Delete.

You have deleted the account.
