If a service has a status of Completed and your role permits, the Actions column contains a Cancel link. Clicking the Cancel link changes the status of the service and all of its service options to Cancelled unless Accounting Component is also installed. If Accounting Component is installed, the status of the service and all of its service options changes to the value specified by your catalog administrator (Pending Cancellation or Cancelled).
