CA MDB Versions

There are two versions of the CA Management Database (CA MDB):

• Some CA MDB-adopter products embed and run with MDB r1. MDB r1 is also referred to as MDB r1.0.4, MDB r1.0, or MDB version r1.0.4. CA MDB adopter products that adopt MDB r1.0.4 are referred to as CA "MDB-r1.0.4-adopter" products. Unicenter Service Management r11 products embed MDB r1.0.4.
• Some CA MDB-adopter products embed and run with the subsequent MDB release version, MDB r1.5. CA MDB adopter products that adopt MDB r1.5 are referred to as CA "MDB-r1.5-adopter" products. CA Service Catalog r12.6 embeds MDB r1.5.
