Symptom:
I am upgrading CA Server Automation to Release 12.7.1 on a Windows 2008 server, which was upgraded from Windows 2003 after the previous CA Server Automation installation. I get the following message:
Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid. path
Solution:
Before upgrading to Release 12.7.1, you must manually change the Windows 2008 server registry keys. Contact Customer Support.
