Symptom:
When I add a resource in the user interface, I get the following error:

When the CA Software Delivery and the SQL server are installed remotely (not on the manager system), set the Apache service credentials to Administrator. To fix this problem:
Symptom:
When I provision a Software Delivery server, I get the following error:
Failed to add computer <name>. Error: SDAdapter_addComputer (failed). Failed to add computer to DSM.
Solution:
The most common reason is that you have not configured each CA ITCM instance for management by a single CA Server Automation instance. Another reason is that you may have exceeded the maximum number of connections supported in <asdm>. To fix this problem:
