How to Deploy Oracle WebLogic Server

This example shows how to prepare a template that enables end users to deploy an instance of Oracle WebLogic application server. First, you define application executables and their execution actions, then you create a service template containing this application.

The following process describes a high-level overview of how System Administrators create a service template that enables one-click service provisioning for Service Consumers:

1. Configure Machine Templates for WebLogic

   Specify default machine configurations to use in service templates.

2. Define the WebLogic Application

   Specify the WebLogic application and the resource and operating system requirements for the application.

3. Create WebLogic Service Template

   Specify the machine that is required to host the application and set up a deployable service template.

4. Deploy WebLogic Server

   Deploy an instance of the service to your server environment.
