If you still require resources when your reservation is about to expire, you can extend your reservation. Extensions are possible as long as the resources are available during the extension time and the extension does not exceed the maximum time allowed for reservations.
Note: The administrator sets the maximum days for a reservation.
The View your reservations link on the Reservation Manager home page lets you extend a reservation. The link displays your reservations in a table. Select the reservation you want to extend, and then select Extend from the Actions menu.
Enter a date and time that do not exceed the maximum extension, which is shown.
