UCS Server Pool Policy Operation

UCS Manager

Specifies the name of the configured UCS manager. This is also the target UCS manager.

Example: "lodcisco2-mc2.ca.com"

Policy Class Id:

Specifies the UCS policy that you need to perform the operation

Example: "computePoolingPolicy"

Operation Type:

Specifies the operation to create(1),update(2) and delete(3)

Example:”1”

Name:

Specifies the name of the new policy.

Example: demopolicy

Description:

Specifies the additional information of the new policy.

Example: “purpose of the policy”

Target Pool:

Specifies the distinguished name for the targeted pool where the policy is applied.

Example: "org-root/compute-pool-Servers_Chassis1"

Qualification:

User can select a Server Pool Policy Qualification (available in the UCS server) or leave blank.

Example: "all-chassis"

Distinguished Name:

Specifies the fully qualified path of the intended object.

Example: ""org-root/pooling-policy-demopolicy"
