Automatic RACI Synchronization

The CA RCM server uses RACI subconfigurations to control end-user access to CA RCM portal functions. When you import new user records into a configuration, you can automatically enroll these new users in that configuration's RACI hierarchy.

If an imported user does not have a login name (LoginID field is blank), they cannot access the CA RCM portal. The automatic RACI synchronization process flags these users, and notifies the portal administrator.
