Upgrade the Connector for CA Identity Manager

After upgrading from any version of CA RCM, the Connector for CA Identity Manager must be redefined within the system. Perform the following steps to upgrade this connector.

  1. Log into the CA RCM portal as an administrator.
  2. Go to Administration, Settings.
  3. Click Connector Settings.

    The Connector Settings screen opens.

  4. Gather any necessary information from the old CA Identity Manager connector, then delete it.
  5. Click Add New and redefine the Connector for CA Identity Manager.
  6. Verify the mapping file.
  7. Copy the connector jar files, located in client_tools_home\Software\Converters\CA\lib\, to the lib directory location defined in the sage.v32.connectors.CAConnectorHomeDir property.
