After a user is deleted, all privileges associated with the user are permanently deleted. As a result, the user can no longer log in to your application. Their information and credentials are also deleted from the system.
If you create a new user with the same name as a previously deleted user, then the new user does not automatically assume the privileges of the previously deleted user. If you need to duplicate a deleted user, then you must manually re-create all privileges.
To be able to delete a user, you must ensure that you have the appropriate privileges and scope to do so. MA can delete any user, while GAs can delete all users (including other GAs), except MA, within their scope. The OAs and UAs can delete all users in their purview.

You can also click the Advanced Search link to search for users based on their status (active or inactive) or their roles (User).
The Search Results page appears, with all the matches for the specified criteria.
Note: After you have deleted the user, their information is deleted from the database. The user history is archived for billing purposes.
