Review and Customize the Tenant Administrator Role Rights

In this scenario, you plan to create multiple tenant administrator users. Review the default role rights for the predefined Tenant Administrator role. These rights apply to all tenant administrator users that you create, so you want to review and possibly modify the rights.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to CA Performance Center as a user with the Administrator role (global administrator).
2. Select Admin, Roles.

   The Manage Roles page opens.

3. Select Tenant Administrator, and click Edit.

   The Edit Role dialog opens.

4. Review the list of role rights. In this scenario, you decide that you do not want the tenant administrators to be able to export data to CSV.
5. Click the Performance Center row, and click Edit.

   The Edit Role Rights dialog opens.

6. Remove Export to CSV from the Selected Rights list, and click OK.

   Your changes are saved.

Next, you create tenant administrator user accounts.
