If you operate CA PMO with both CA PDSMAN and eTrust CA Top Secret, do not specify TOPSECRT=YES. If you do, CA PMO continually stops and restarts itself, exhausting ECSA in the process. This happens because CA PMO does not reuse its ECSA when it automatically stops and restarts itself.
Be sure to start eTrust CA Top Secret before CA PMO and CA PDSMAN. The order in which CA PMO and CA PDSMAN are started is irrelevant. If CA PMO is running when you want to re-initialize eTrust CA Top Secret, you must manually stop CA PMO before reinitializing eTrust CA Top Secret. When the reinitialization is complete, you can restart CA PMO. Unless you use CA PDSMAN, you must contact CA Technical Support for any PTFs.
