TSO users may receive CA MIM contention messages MIM1098 and MIM1099 as the result of CA PMO trying to allocate one of its libraries. (CA PMO tries to allocate the library with a SHARE ENQ because it determined that the library had enough BLDL activity to warrant management. Once CA PMO reads the directory into a hash table, it removes the SHARE ENQ.)
You can eliminate these messages by coding the CA MII exit ECMCONXT, described in the CA MII documentation.
