This command disables CA PMO and allows continued use of PMOMON.
It allows CA PMO to locate its ECSA code and data areas the next time it is started. These data areas include storage for the managed list, statistics for LNKLST libraries, statistics for managed private libraries and candidate libraries, and the information specified on the EXCLAUTO or INCLAUTO parameter. If the size of the data areas does not increase, CA PMO can reuse the ECSA that was set up during a previous initialization. However, CA PMO will not reuse its former statistics or its previous library restrictions.
