Invoking PMOMON Interactively

You can use PMOMON interactively if your system runs TSO or CA PMO. The commands you use to invoke PMOMON are described in the following sections.

Under TSO

There are two ways to run PMOMON under TSO.

If the PMOMON load module is in the LNKLST or in the STEPLIBs that you allocated for TSO logon, enter the following command at your TSO terminal:

PMOMON

If the PMOMON load module is not in the LNKLST or the STEPLIBs that you allocated for TSO logon, use this command:

CALL 'library(PMOMON)'

To save typing strokes, you may place this command in a CLIST library. A sample CLIST is included in PMO.CNTL(PMOCLIST). You must allocate this library with the SYSPROC ddname for your TSO logon.

Note: PMOMON uses full-screen support on TSO if you have a CRT with at least 10 display lines of 80 characters. Full-screen support allows you, in many cases, to view entire monitor displays on one screen, and it allows you to see all of the primary column and row headings on the first screen of multi-screen displays.

Under CA Roscoe

To start up PMOMON under CA PMO, enter the following command at your CA PMO terminal:

PMOMON
