Configuring CA Output Management Web Viewer

CA OM Web Viewer comes with a configuration tool for changing initial settings after installation.

The configuration tool is located under the “util” directory after installation. This tool can be used to modify settings in the following sections: CCI, DRAS, Database, LDAP, and Default Administrator. You may execute “Configure_Web_Viewer” to modify all sections or execute “Change_CCI_Settings”, “Change_DRAS_Settings”, “Change_Database_Settings”, “Change_LDAP_Settings”, or “Change_Default_Administrator” to modify each individual section.

Note:

After the configuration tool is launched, it will prompt users for the target CA OM Web Viewer package. You can press the Enter key to use the default package or specify a Web Viewer package at a different location. The default package is the one installed from your initial installation.

Note: If the package to be updated is a folder of CA Output Management Web Viewer on a Web application server, you will need to restart the server to make the changes take effect. If the package to be updated is an EAR or a WAR file, you will need to redeploy the archive.
