In Version 12, users are no longer required to log in to each repository separately. Users only have to give their credentials once, at the CA OM Web Viewer log in screen.
We recommend that all CA View, CA Dispatch, and CA Bundl repositories either use external security or have their credentials synchronized in some other manner.
If your repositories do not have their passwords synchronized, each user must configure separate passwords for each Repository object. This is setup from the credentials section of the "Configuration" tab. See Configuration – Credentials.
