KT Search Engine

After you install CA SDM, the KT search engine is configured as the default. Searches of the knowledge base are limited to knowledge documents. The search engine is located on the Administration tab, Knowledge, Search, KT Search Engine node.

The KT Search Engine node lets you manage the following options:

• Noise Words
• Special Terms
• Synonyms
