How to Configure Support Automation for Guest Users

You can configure your live assistance environment to allow guest users. You configure guest users for specific tenants or make them available to the entire system as follows:

  1. Create an Access Type that allows web authentication.

    You select the "Open - always allow access" Validation Type.

  2. Assign the Access Type to a contact.

    You can create a guest contact for different tenants in your environment.

  3. Notify the appropriate users in your environment about the anonymous login, using the following URL format:

    http://hostname?USRNAME=UserName
