Filter the Archive and Purge History List

You can filter the Archive and Purge History List to display only the entries of interest.

To filter the Archive and Purge History List

  1. Select Show Filter on the Archive and Purge History List page.

    The top portion of the page displays the filter fields.

  2. Complete the fields as necessary to display the entries you want to see:
    Rule Name

    Select the name of the archive and purge rule whose history you want to see.

    Earliest Start Date

    Enter the earliest date and time to specify the beginning of a range for filtering the history to show only entries for a specified time frame.

    Latest Start Date

    Enter the latest date and time to specify the beginning of a range for filtering the history to show only entries for a specified time frame.

    Earliest End Date

    Enter the earliest date and time to specify the end of a range for filtering the history to show only entries for a specified time frame.

    Latest End Date

    Enter the latest date and time to specify the end of a range for filtering the history to show only entries for a specified time frame.

    Note: To display the Additional Search Arguments field, click the spigot icon. This field is intended only for expert users who understand SQL and Majic and can use it to specify search arguments that are not available in the standard search filter fields. To specify an additional search argument, enter a SQL WHERE clause in this field.

  3. Click Search.

    The Archive and Purge History List displays the entries that match your filter criteria.
