Example: Employee Edits an Incident

In this example, the employee wants to edit Incident 40.

Follow these steps:

1. The employee logs in to the REST mobile interface and selects My open incidents.

   The Incident List page appears.

2. The employee selects Incident 40.

   The Incident 40 details appear.

3. The employee selects Edit.
4. The employee updates the following information about the Incident:
   • (Required) Urgency
   • Incident Area
   • (Required) Description
5. The employee selects Save.

   The Incident is modified.

6. (Optional) The employee selects Close.

   The Incident is closed.
