Example: Analyst Searches for an Incident

In this example, an analyst logs in to the REST interface on the server to search for Incident 40.

Follow these steps:

1. The analyst logs in to CA SDM from the following URL on the mobile device:

   http://myservicedesk:8050/mobiledemo/login.html
   

   The Analyst Home Page appears.

2. The analyst selects Search Incidents.

   The Incident Search page appears.

3. The analyst enters search criteria, such as the Incident number.
4. The analyst selects Submit.

   The Incident search results appear.

5. The analyst selects Incident 40.

   The Incident 40 details appear.
