Edit an Automated Policy

You can update an automated policy.

To edit an automated policy

  1. On the Administration tab, browse to Knowledge, Automated Policies, Policies.

    The Automated Policy List appears.

  2. Right-click the policy to edit, and select Edit from the shortcut menu.

    The Update Automated Policy page appears.

  3. Edit the entry fields as appropriate.
  4. Click Save.

    The automated policy is updated.
