Default Configuration

CA SDM and CA Workflow store user information after a default installation as follows:

The following diagram illustrates where the products store user information:

Service Desk writes contact information to the SD Contact tables. CA EEM writes user data to the CA EEM User tables.

Consider using the default configuration if your site makes little or no use of CA Workflow or an LDAP directory server. This configuration can present some challenges. Each CA Workflow user requires a CA EEM user record.
