View Ambiguous Transactions from the Scoreboard

You can view and manage ambiguous transactions from the Scoreboard.

To view ambiguous transactions from the Scoreboard

  1. If you are in the CA SDM Scoreboard, expand the CMDB folder.
  2. Browse to Reconciliation Management, Ambiguous CI Transactions and click one of the following:

    The list of CI transactions that have an ambiguity index greater than 0 (zero) displays.

    Note: When you click Clear Filter in the Ambiguous CI List page or Ambiguous CI Transaction List page, it does not flush the Additional Search Arguments field (ambiguity > 0).
