Generate Request Area or Issue Category Reports

Request Area or Issue Category reports provide the number of requests or issues opened in the specified period for each request area or issue category. This report is sorted alphabetically by request area or issue category.

To generate Request Area or Issue Category report from the web interface

  1. Select the Administration tab.
  2. Expand the Service Desk and Analysis nodes.
  3. Select Request or Issue.
  4. Select the appropriate report based on the time frame you want.
