Generate Request Area Proirity or Issue Category Priority Reports

Request Area Priority or Issue Category Priority reports provide the number of requests or issues opened by priority in the specified period for each request area or issue category. This report is sorted by priority (highest to lowest) and then alphabetically by request area or issue category.

To generate a Request Area Priority or Issue Category Priority report from the web interface

  1. Select the Administration tab.
  2. Expand the Service Desk and Analysis nodes.
  3. Select Request or Issue.
  4. Select the appropriate report based on the time frame you want.
