Define the Repository

You must define a repository using the CA SDM administrative function of the web interface to use file attachments.

To define the repository

1. Select Attachments, Repository from the Administration menu to display the Repository List page.
2. Select File, New.

   The Repository Detail page appears.

3. Enter data in the following fields:

   Symbol

   Identifies the repository with a name such as Large Files Only, Permanent Files, and so on.

   Default Repository

   Selects the repository automatically for all attachments. Users can change to a different repository, if needed.

   Server Name

   Specifies the server name of the repository.

   Click Save.

4. Click OK.

   The detail and list page close and the main page appears.
