CA Open Space integrates with CA SDM r12.6 and r12.7. This integration allows users to create, review, and update their requests directly within CA Open Space, and search knowledge articles within the Service Desk Knowledge Base. In addition, you can enable Live Chat to allow your users to chat with an IT analyst.
If your organization uses CA SDM, integration with CA Open Space is configured for you when the system is provisioned. You can enable the data source whenever you like.
