CA Open Space integrates with several data sources to provide rich search results and extended application functionality. The data sources that are currently supported are as follows:
Integration with CA Service Desk Manager provides search results from knowledge tools and the ability to create, update, and view requests.
Provides federated search with Google Search results.
Includes search results from a Microsoft SharePoint instance.
