How to Set Up CA Open Space

As a tenant administrator, you set up CA Open Space to configure and activate features for the business users in your organization. You can also customize certain elements to make CA Open Space reflect your organization identity.

This topic presents an overview of all the setup tasks you can do. These tasks assume that your business users already have CA Open Space accounts and access.

Note: All of these tasks are not applicable to your organization CA Open Space implementation.

Set Up Communities

CA Open Space comes with one standard community. You can establish more communities that focus on key areas of interest for your organization. For each community, you establish membership and assign one or more community owners to help manage and moderate the community and its content.

Configure Data Sources

Data sources to provide rich search results and extended application functionality. Some of these data sources require configuration; all data source connections must be enabled before your users can take advantage of them.
