Issue JES3 Commands

When you issue a JES3 command from a local processor using OPSCMD or ADDRESS OPER, CA OPS/MVS by default uses the JES3 PLEXSYN (sysplex scope) CPF prefix to route the command to the global system in the JESPLEX and return the output.

When the JES3SYSID parameter is set, MSF connections are use to route the JES3 command from the JES3 local system to the JES3 global system. The global here refers to the MSF SYSID the JES3 global system as defined by the JES3SYSID parameter.
