The SSMBEGUX REXX program is a user exit that the SSMBEGIN request rule calls before it displays the options message. You can customize SSMBEGUX to select the correct startup options automatically, or defaults and bypass the normal options message.
Use this exit for customizing SSM startup rather than modifying the SSMBEGIN request rule. The sample SSMBEGIN program contains programming information for this exit.
