Delete and Disable Interfaces

You may want to delete router interfaces permanently when it is not useful to report on them individually. For example, you may want to delete multiple LAN interfaces that are connected to a router. You continue to monitor the WAN interface that carries the data out of the router. Alternatively, you can disable interfaces temporarily so they are not included in reports. You may want to disable interfaces temporarily to eliminate clutter from your reports.
