Disable an Interface from Appearing in Reports

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Available Interfaces page:
    1. Select Administration from the NFA console menu.

      The Administration page opens.

    2. Select System: Enable in the Administration menu.

      The Available Interfaces page opens.

  2. Expand the interface list for a router by clicking the arrow on the left edge of the router row.

    The view expands to show a list of the interfaces for the selected router.

  3. Select the check box next to each interface that you want to disable.

    Some or all of the buttons at the top of the Available Interfaces page are activated. The Enable, Disable, and Delete buttons are active when a single interface is selected. The Delete button is also active when an entire router is selected.

  4. Click Disable.

    All the selected interfaces are disabled immediately and the Enabled status changes to No. The interface will not appear in future reports as long as it is disabled. The license count is unchanged.
