INTENDED USE:
 
   This inquiry creates a CSV file that can be extended to CA
   MICS Q&R Workstation. The CSV data is taken from the
   TCP/IP Telnet Server (TCPSTN) file's data elements, In
   Byte Count (STNBYTEI) and Out Byte Count (STNBYTEO),
   sorted by zone by month for each sysid.  The CSV output
   can be used to generate graphs that analyze telnet server
   usage.
