INTENDED USE:
 
   This inquiry creates a CSV file that can be extended to CA
   MICS Q&R Workstation. The CSV data is taken from the
   TCP/IP Telnet Server (TCPSTN) file's data elements, In
   Byte Count (STNBYTEI) and Out Byte Count (STNBYTEO),
   sorted by hour within a day for each sysid.  The CSV
   output can be used to generate graphs that analyze telnet
   server usage.
