REASON:      The last response distribution counter (5)
             typically contains the number of responses that
             exceeded the last response target specified to
             CA NetSpy.  The value of this field is derived
             by subtracting the sum of the four response
             distribution counters from the total response
             counter.

             Under certain normal circumstances, CA NetSpy's
             response distribution counters total exceeds the
             field that contains the total number of
             responses.  When this happens, the last counter
             value contains a negative number.  In this case,
             the value is reset to zero.
